Bespoke Service: unique custom-designed items
All My Babies crucifix in oxidised Sterling silver with inset white diamonds and five 14ct-gold studs. A deeply personal commission for Mrs L, who has three beautiful daughters, but for whom five of her babies died unborn.
Chunky Mim pendant, sandcast in Sterling silver from hand-carved wax model, with 24ct gold leaf on rear inner surfaces. Cut-out shape is the Persian-alphabet character mim. A commission for Mr A, in memory of his mother, whose name began with mim. "Mim" is also the Persian short-form for "mother" (like "mum"/"mom"). Hallmarked on rear. Mr A's memory of his mim is clearly golden to him, so I added
Elong'o: Maasai Shield paired rings in etched and part-oxidised Sterling silver. A commission from Mr C, whose wife is Maasai, to mark the graduation of their daughter. Shaped and patterned like elong'o, the traditional cowhide shields carried by Maasai warriors. Both mum and daughter are warriors in their own ways. I was honoured to be commissioned to make these and delighted that they liked them
Wedding Bangle "M": 75g of 925 Sterling silver with details in 9k gold. A custom item designed for Ms M on the occasion of her marriage to Mr E. Both M and E already had enough rings, and decided to instead commission wedding bangles rather than wedding rings. They each supplied an item of gold jewellery that was a family heirloom: I melted these together to form the gold used on both bangles.

Big Oh: a commission from Mr N, as a graduation gift to his daughter Ms H. The request from Ms H was for something outrageously heavy and organically asymmetric, a real conversation-starter. Aragonite: chunky bracelet, roughly 75g of cuttlebone-cast 925 Sterling silver with multiple cast-in-place rubies and sapphires of 1mm-3mm in each major link; roughly 19cm long. A 60th birthday present for a very special lady.
