Terms and Conditions
Your statutory rights are recognised and retained unaffected.
- Title to the items supplied remain with Ninefinger Jewellery until payment for them has been satisfactorily received; errors and omissions excepted.
- All orders are non-refundable.
- Accurate specifications such as ring-sizes and finishes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Unless advertised as "Free Delivery", postage costs and associated insurance for orders are to be paid for by the customer.
- A minimum 50% deposit is required for any bespoke/custom orders where a new item is to be made, rather than the item being issued from our stock of existing items.
- Quotes on bespoke/custom orders are honoured for up to 31 calendar days from the date on which the quote is issued, but the quoted price can only be held for the first seven calendar days: after that, the quote price may be revised to reflect any increases of more than 5% in the prices of the relevant precious metals and gemstones.
Return and Refund Policy

- Please retain your proof of purchase.
- We do not issue refunds, but if you decide you do not like an item that you have purchased from us, you can either exchange the item for a different Ninefinger Jewellery item of the same value; or you can exchange for a Ninefinger Jewellery item of greater value if you make an additional payment to cover the difference; or you can return the item and we will issue you with a credit note equal to the price paid for the returned item.
- Exchanges of items are made at the discretion of Ninefinger Jewellery, and must be made within one month of purchase. All items sent for exchange must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- If your item when first received is faulty or damaged, please notify us within seven days. We will arrange for exchange of the faulty/damaged item to be replaced as soon as possible.
